Though still a teenager, Kyle Kirkpatrick is the heart and soul of the Bloodline Blues Band. (Sample Here) Backed up by his R.P.M Music Award winning Father, his two Uncles and a family friend, Kyle transcends his age and allows his influences to shape a unique guitar sound. From local gigs to the Blues-filled stages of Memphis, Kyle is setting audiences ablaze with his technical abilities and sincere appreciation for those who have come before him. From Howlin' Wolf and Robert Johnson, Little Walter and Miles Davis, Kyle channels the Blues of the past masters in a fashion far beyond his years. The Bloodline Blues Band has it's roots in the Delta Blues of the South as much as it pulls from the smoky clubs of Chicago in the '50s, and the raucous British Invasion of the '60s. They combine the sounds of the southern rock scene of the '70s and the R & B / funk explosion from Motown during the '80s and '90s. The influences of this group are vast, but the one constant is the drive to the roots of Rock ‘n’ Roll which is, the BLUES.
